This technology allows users to create Web site templates that are of a high quality, compared with designs that are produced using other technologies. In addition to Silverlight, Template Monster's templates and intros also use Microsoft Expression Blend, a user interface tool that works with Silverlight to help developers build Web applications and rich digital media content.
