Justin Champion, a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), joined the team as Sales Consultant, and Lauren Kade, a graduate of James Madison University (JMU), joined the team as a Jr. Account Manager.

Champion studied mass communications at VCU and has an internet marketing and web development background. Kade is a recent graduate of the JMU College of Business and has previous experience as an advertising intern for the American Red Cross and was a participant in the 2010 Google Online Marketing Challenge.
