The digital marketing professionals at SEO.org.uk have commented on recent figures regarding the integration of content creation within marketing strategies.

According to Curata’s B2B Marketing Trends 2012 report, 87% of marketers claimed to be using content marketing, a figure up from 82% in 2011. However as positive as this figure is, only 43% appear to be monitoring the outcome of their efforts! The main reason given for this appears to be limitations within the business, with 27% citing limited budget, and 25% targeting a lack of staffing. The study was based on an online survey of 465 marketers conducted in October.

The search marketers at Essex-based agency, SEO.org.uk, have a strong commitment to researching industry updates and developments and were naturally interested by this latest news.

With a dedicated copywriting team, SEO.org.uk creates a range of copy for both clients and in-house purposes and understands the importance of the marketing avenue. Managing Director, Ben Austin shares his thoughts on the matter.

“It’s encouraging that more people are including content marketing within their strategy, however to spend the time and effort that is needed to create strong and engaging content, it becomes even more vital to monitor its impact. This allows for improvements to be made across your whole online marketing campaign”, explains Ben.

SEO.org.uk was established with the aim of bringing effective yet affordable online marketing services to companies from all industries and backgrounds.
